Co-founder, People Say

Resita Cox is a North Carolina-bred, Chicago-based spoken word artist and visual storyteller. She has been performing for almost 10 years and has touched stages across the country and abroad. She is the co-founder of People Say, a monthly open mic in collaboration with Trap House Chicago. Her work is currently showing at Blac Gallery in Bronzeville through the end of May.
